Our Christmas Dinner!

We had a fabulous, simple dinner this year and it was great!! Since there were only 6 of us, we didn't need to have 20 separate dishes, so we just made it easy! I made tri tip, rolls, and a great green salad. My mother in law Chris contributed the hashbrown casserole and a yummy chocolate cake for dessert!!

I marinated one steak in Marinade #17 and the other i rubbed with Spade L Ranch beef rub and seasoning.

 

 

Avocado, Orange Salad

I made a green salad with Green leaf lettuce, avocado, oranges, candied walnuts, bleu cheese and this dressing-
orange juice
canola oil
red wine vinegar
lemon juice
salt and pepper

I cheated and bought the frozen Rhodes dough and they were YUMMY!! Tasted just as good as homemade and a lot easier!!
