heartburn, indigestion, gas...what is this awful stuff?

Last Night I was hit with a horrible, sharp pain in my side and as of 2 pm today it's still there...along with gas, heartburn etc! Nothing will help...I have tried alka seltzer, tums, gas x and mylanta...HELP ME!!! at 17 weeks pregnant this is no fun at all...for me or for Averie who has to be bored all day because I can't get off the couch! lol
