Favorite Fall Side Dish-

I first made this last year and it was love at first bite!! The recipe for "Skillet Vegetables on Cheese Toast" is from Better Homes and Gardens magazine (which I love, but tend to read and put aside rather than try many of the recipes)- Except this one caught my eye!  We had it as a side dish to some natural t-bones and it was Fab!! It would also be a great vegetarian main dish!


 The only thing I changed was the cheese- I used the "chevre with honey" rather than plain and it was delectable :)
