SLOW COOKER LASAGNA
1 lb. ground turkey, browned & drained
1 large bottle of low sugar spaghetti sauce (I use Ragu for this recipe)
16-oz. container fat free cottage cheese
1 egg
low carb lasagna noodles, UNCOOKED
2-3 cups 2% milk mozzarella cheese
Combine ground turkey and spaghetti sauce
Combine egg and cottage cheese
Layer half of the ground beef mixture, the dry noodles, the cottage cheese mixture, and the mozzarella cheese in the slow cooker (crock-pot).
Repeat layers
Cover
Cook on low 5 hours
