It's so easy, just follow this simple recipe!
Mexican Corn on the Cob
Boil corn for 3 to 4 minutes
remove from the water and shake dry with tongs
spread a thin layer of low fat mayo on entire cob
sprinkle on a generous amt of Parmesan cheese-the grated kind (Kraft)
sprinkle on a LIGHT dusting of cayenne pepper
Squeeze some fresh lime juice over entire thing before eating!
OMG! I JUST had this for the first time last Saturday at my Aunts house! I had never had it before... soooooo good!
