with the leftovers..

fry up two eggs- top with black forest ham (mine was boars head) and a slice of fontina cheese!


Toast the sourdough and lightly butter- top with cooked egg, ham and cheese! 
With the leftover Sourdough bread from the night we had white wine chicken I made these for breakfast- Fontina cheese is so melty and yummy you will fall in love instantly!
