It's September 18, 2010! Happy Birthday Mama!!! Hope your day is as fabulous as YOU!!! Other than being my mom's birthday, its also a HOT day in Southern Arizona...and by hot I don't mean upper 80's or mid 90's...i mean its blazing, blistering, dry 105 degrees- YUCK! Where is the fall weather? {i know, we do live in the desert, but 105, really?|} To escape this weather we must search out cooler temperatures....and for us, Tucsonians that can only mean one thing:

We took a picnic, cold drinks & Chica and headed for the hills! We had a super time, Averie loved hiking around and it felt good to be outside in the 85 degree weather!! Here are some pics of our day!

Love it!! It seems like a lot of people are going up there lately. Everyone is ready for fall, I think!
