Adopt a Pet.

Last month Averie, along with 2 of her cousins {Isabella & Alexa} had a lemonade stand to raise money to adopt a kitty from The Humane Society. They had a blast and ended up making $64 for a few hours of work fun! It cost $40 to adopt a kitty, so out of the kindness of their hearts, they donated the remaining $$$ to the humane society as well. Here are some pics i snapped from that day....It was so heart breaking to see the sadness in the animals eyes....it's like they know how to look at  you just right...tug on those heart strings a little...If I didn't move 100 times a year, I would be tempted to adopt 'em all......we did the next best thing- made a tax deductible donation :) Donate Here
