Healthy Sandwich-

I have been trying to eat less meat- just to give my body a "digestive break" so I made this sandwich today {i got inspiration from the Pioneer Woman}-

Whole Wheat Bagel Thin
Cucumber
tomato
lettuce
red onion
chive cream cheese
low fat pepper jack cheese
cilantro

and there is no better side dish than strawberries dipped in a mixture of sour cream + brown sugar!!
yum!

  2. LOVE the veggie bagel...the chive cream cheese totally makes it! never had sour cream/brown sugar dip, gotta try it!
