Hi! Ava and I came back home on Wednesday from our 2 month Fat-cation!! LOL! The reason I say that is because for about 2 months, I was on a total vacation....from diet & exercise!!
I decided that starting yesterday (Thursday) i was going to eat healthier and exercise (even if it means just walking up the hill to
Target Starbucks and back). So, I headed to Safeway and picked up some ingredients to make salads...yes, i am going to eat salads everyday til we leave and hopefully my bod will be back into pre-
spring training pig- out form!!! Here is what I have eaten for lunch the past 2 days- (trying to limit processed food, and carbs, so there is a little more "healthy" fat in my salad!)
Ashley's "get your body back" Salad
Couple cups romaine lettuce| chopped
1/2 avocado |diced
Small handful of shredded 2% cheese
2 green onions| chopped
1 small handful of cilantro| chopped
Rotisserie chicken- {i use 1 breast for each salad}|chopped or shredded
lots of fresh cracked pepper
1-2 tbsp of this YUMMY dressing-
