A tasty treat.

Hi. Hope your week is going splendid- as is mine! Happy St Patty's to all my fellow irish guys & gals :) Tonite was bible study and it was fabuous as always. We have a wonderful leader- Wendy Lane! Her hubby is the Marlin's chapel leader, so its natural that she would be ours! We all meet at someone's house and everyone brings a yummy treat to share...tonite I chose to bring fruit salsa...a recipe I originally had at a Cardinal bible study last year...made by Jenny Wainwright.

Fruit Salsa-

2 golden delicious apples- peeled, cored diced into a small dice
8 oz strawberries- diced
8 oz raspberries- diced
2 kiwi- diced
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp br sugar
3 tbsp preserves

Stir together everything and let "marinate and mingle" for a few hours before serving with cinnamon|sugar pita chips~

Lets just say it was a "hit"!
