This & That

Wow, how the months fly by- Especially the ones that fall between September and February! I cannot believe Halloween is tomorrow already!!! Ava is beyond ready- she is dressing up as Strawberry Shortcake, altho anytime anyone asks her who she is dressing as, she replies 'a horse....lol!
I am going as a cat with braces- yes you heard right- BRACES! I admit to my retarded-ness. I  actually paid to be in agonizing pain...again (yes, i wore braces for 2 yrs back in the day, but i guess I have partial dementia because I forgot all about the pain....until yesterday when I wanted to sneak into the tool shed and pull these suckers off with Brian's pliars)!
They say I only have to wear them 4 months, so i guess I can handle that...hopefully!
Ava is growing up and she always calls herself a "lady"! She uses this tactic to get what she wants as often as she can..for instance If I am on the computer, and she wants to use it, she says  "but mama, I am a LADY"! She is ahead of the curve as far as 2 year olds go and she is smart as a tac! She loves school and has already finished the units on; fire safety, the 5 senses, apples, & most recently Halloween. She loves music class the most- her teacher, Ms. Columbo is a former Broadway Star, so she is learning from the best!!! Her teacher, Miss Erin is fabulous and Averie is always excited to see her in the Morning!
Tonight is the Castlehill Country Day School's 1st annual BOO BASH- I am working in the fishing booth (as a cat, go figure) so that should be quite entertaining! I will post pics soon :)
