Lets feed the ducks!

Our condo overlooks a little pond, so we often save our bread til it gets nice and crusty and feed it to our duck friends! Today, I remembered to take my camera so I could get a shot of these crazy looking ducks-they look like they are crossed with a turkey! (they have this wierd, red stuff on their heads and faces)! Hope you all had a great weekend! We had a very rainy saturday, so we ended up going over to our friends' house and playing for a few hours! It was really nice to just hang out and let Averie and Grace play! Today, Ava and I met some girlfriends for lunch and then went to the ballgame! Brian played and did well- he is still in the running for that utility spot! Keep praying :) Hope you all have a joyous week ahead! xoxo

    Oh my gosh, I had a white duck, (3 actually over time - but that's another story), anyway - when I went to leave him at the pond as he started to almost fly around my apartment, this was what little Ferdinand was greeted by. It's like the Mafia of ducks - not pretty! The next time I visited him, he had a little bald spot on his head...initiation? watch out for your hair! :)
